Automotive investment

There is a visible split between those you buy their cars and think or do not think about resale value. For young boys and girls like us, investment is a word you think of in the next five to ten years. Property and land and all that shit is a big interest of mine personally but I have recently looked into the concept of automotive investment.

I have seen around a few car flippers and people who look into the value of their cars and most of our cars actually hold and gain value compared to the new cars normal folk are getting now. The Nissan Silvia's are a perfect example of cars that hold and greatly appreciate in value. In Australia, the 200SX S15 has appreciated roughly $5,000 in value. These cars are getting rarer and more expensive by the year. 

This being said, a lot of you reading know a lot about cars, some way more than others and the most important factor in doing something regarding business and finance is knowing your shit. If you live and breathe cars why not make money out of it? I am sure most of you know the street value of TE37 wheels, Meisters, VSKF's, bodykits, exhausts and interior accessories.

Buy yourself a pair of Blue Recaro SR4's and keep them for 6 months and resell them for an extra few hundred dollars. 

If you have the extra cash available, flipping cars (buying a car for a certain amount and selling it for more) is a great way to make really good money. Real estate investors know everything they can about the industry and those who know more are the ones who make smarter moves. So why not invest and make possible thousands and thousands off your passion?

A JDM front conversion Honda DC2 is a vehicle I can think of that has increased greatly in value and rarity. People pay tens of thousands more for this car due to the front end conversion being done. 

I am looking into personally getting into automotive investment as it looks like a great way to make money through my hobby of cars. I have seen many successful flippers in the Japanese market selling through gumtree, craigslist and facebook and any of you can do it. You already have the knowledge you just need the initial money and you are set!
