All purchases are final and refunds will only be processed with there is an issue regarding your package being lost in shipping or a malfunctioning product upon arrival.

Return Policy

Returns will always be made if products arrive faulty! If my courier service informs me the packages have been delivered a refund will not be issued if stated as not received by customer.

If courier service has not declared the package as delivered a refund or replacement package will be sent out immediately! 

Shipping Information

All preorders are purchased to secure your spot for a product!

After these parts are delivered, production begins and takes usually 1-2 weeks!

Your preorder product will hopefully be shipped approximately 1 month after purchase, if there are delays I post on my instagram story @dasaijp as I cannot get through all of the messages very quickly. 

Mecha Heart and Mochi preorders will hopefully be shipped before the 1 month mark!

Unfortunately Dasai cannot ship to PO Boxes so please place a street address in checkout!
