All Purchases Are Final ~ Unless something has arrived broken of course!
If you are curious where your package is please check your tracking number emailed to you after purchase

Your tracking will be emailed to you upon shipment time/date!
If you receive your item/s and something is broken/missing please email Dasaihelp@gmail.com and I will refund or resend whatever is broken or missing asap!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (SINGAPORE - MALAYSIA - EUROPE - CHINA)
Please put your correct Address and Email according to English address layout! Couriers will contact your email address for Duties and Taxes required! Please keep an eye out for this email because if you do not respond the package will be returned to sender.
Customs/Duties fees will occur depending on your own post office or courier - customers are liable for their own customs additional fees.
If you are contacted by your courier and do not respond resulting in your package being returned to the Dasai Shop you will be refunded for your product cost purchase (not shipping) and will need to purchase again if you wish.
