DASAI EXPRESS POLICY INFO:

ALL orders will be shipped 2-3 days post purchase and shipping timeframes will be indicated at checkout. AUSPOST is the carrier used for Dasai and during holiday times or busy times shipping timeframes may vary.

ALL products are under FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY if they have arrived broken or have broken due to product error 1 MONTH after they have been received!

A replacement will be shipped immediately for free and the Dasai Team is always happy to help out and answer any questions through the contact form on the website! Even if the bot cannot help I will be able to help you asap regarding any issues or questions!

 

SOMETHING HAS ARRIVED BROKEN WHAT SHOULD I DO!?

Do not worry!! Dasai sells digital/electronic goods which means sometimes things can get bumpy during shipping. This is an annoying issue for us both but I am always here to help! If your item is broken upon delivery please fill out the contact form and Dasai will ship out a replacement roughly 1 weekafter your issue has been lodged!

 

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT ITS NOT HERE!

This is also a very annoying issue across thousands of brands -_-

If you haven’t received your package but it states it has been delivered to a different address Dasai will ship another package out to you straight away for FREE.

If the wrong address has been put into your order I can do you a solid and give you a 50% off your next order because we all make mistakes!

 

MY WIRES CAME UNPLUGGED!

Check the image below for the mochi/mecha heart wiring! If you plug random wires into random spots you will damage your item and void a replacement!
