YES OF COURSE! Just hold down the top and bottom buttons to change the brightness.
Can I turn the lights off?
YES! One of the modes is simply all the lights off if you ever get sick of them or you're not in the glowing mood one day.
Will there be helmets only available?
Yes! There will be 8 different clear colours helmet only options!
Will this be Mochi 3 specifications?

However the speaker is pretty loud. You can't adjust the volume.
That would be a welcome change. For now I just disabled the speaker to not get distracted while drving
