Freezes & Glitches

I really like my Mega Mochi, but the screen freezes and glitches sometimes, and eventually it stops working. Is there a firmware update?

It was cool but just stopped working after one week. It loads up with the start scene then goes to complete white sceen. It stays like that now. Hardly over a month old. I really wanted it for my vehicle as a cool little/big addition for my vehicle.

Adorable and Totally Funny Mega buddy for the Car!

Hello,
I recently bought the Mega Mochi Dasai for both my boyfriend’s car and mine, and we absolutely love them! The little faces/emojis are adorable and always make us smile, and the funny sounds are such a cute touch — they brighten every drive. The quality is great, and they add a fun, playful vibe to the car interior. We’re really glad we got them. Highly recommended if you want something unique and cheerful for your car!

I also want to compliment the Customer Service team — they are fantastic! Before the Mega Mochi was restocked, I sent an email asking about its arrival. They replied quickly and kindly, letting me know it would be restocked soon. They kept their word and even informed me personally before it became available.
