Eddie R Loya I’ve ordered from this company before and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, I never received this order. I contacted them and they told me the package appeared to have been lost by the carrier. They gave me the choice between a refund or a reshipment, and I chose to have it reshipped. I was told I would receive tracking information once the replacement shipped, but I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking. I even followed up and haven’t received an update. I’m disappointed because my previous experiences with this company have been good, and I’m just hoping they follow through and resolve this.

Mr Takuya Kimura I received my Tomodomo with a flickering issue, which means the product was already defective upon arrival. I have emailed DASAI 3 times regarding this issue, but until now I have not received any proper response or resolution. For a newly purchased product, I expected much better quality control and after-sales support. I hope DASAI will take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately.

Alyssa A Does not connect well to PC. Cannot upload custom animations. Powering down does not last long. Any motion causes the device to power back on.

Fabian Absolutely great quality, the material is very structual the screen and graphics are very crisp the velcro is top notch. It is definitely a neat little product and I would highly recommend!
