The Dasai Project

I have been into the Japanese Car Scene for as long as I can remember. I have dreamt of owning a japanese turbo car (my car now yay),racing, driving and doing everything almost every one of you does during your days. 

My first brand I supported and enjoyed was Never Content. I loved his style, art and decals. That brand threw me into the Japanese accessories culture. Stickers, tsurikawas, wheels, lights, leds, all of those "dumb" yet addictive accessories. Very rarely I see a japanese car without these accessories.

Throughout years of supporting these brands, the big names and the upcoming new brands, I noticed a distinct overpopulation of stickers. Diecuts, normal stickers, peekers, just a bunch of different stickers basically. I thought that there must be other cool original items on the market. I stumbled across Garage Moon Power who sell really unique floor mats and I loved their originality.

 I also found JDMTsurikawa 

and their colourful and amazing "drift ring" accessories. 

Last year I travelled to Japan for a trip around the country to experience the amazing food, culture, sights and cities. As well as all those cars. I drove a Honda NSX around Mt. Fuji and travelled throughout Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and never wanted to go home. Through out my travels I became familiar with an ETC (Electronic Toll Collector) which is like an E-tag for Australians and a Fast Trak for Americans. 

I then found out people paid close to $90USD for these ETC's to say "please insert card" in Japanese. This is when the birth of Dasai started. I worked on prototypes for months, giving up for a while then starting again as I knew I could change the scene with this brand. The goal of Dasai was and is to add a unique product and culture to the JDM scene worldwide. I want Dasai to inspire others out there to create original accessories for people to spice up their cars. 

I finally got the first Small Passenger created and from there became Dasai as you know it. Progression is a huge thing I am currently working on with Dasai as well as getting the brands name out there for Small Passengers and to show people that there are new things coming for the Japanese automotive scene. 

Right now Dasai is focused on sound and LED accessories with releases of new technological accessories and fun things to make your car your own. Thank you for reading my first post I can't wait to share more with you!
