MOCHI HELMET

Worst customer service ever!!!!! When I bought this it clearly said that I would receive it on 2 to 5 days. After seven days I sent an email inquiring if it was being delayed. I had no issue if they had replied it was back ordered, but they never replied. Two weeks later I sent another email. Still no reply. After three weeks I sent another and got no reply. I sent a total of 7 emails and never got a single reply. What kind of customer service is that? If I ever receive it, I plan to get rid of these immediately because if there is ever a problem with them, I highly doubt they will ever respond or help you out. I will never spend another cent with this company again.

Poor communication on shipping and it took 3 months to be shipped.. not a great buying experience but the product is good if your willing to wait without any communication

The Mochi has a high quality, but the delivery Tracking is much Bad.
